Villa sleeping 9/10 people A 14th century Tuscan farmstead, recently restored using traditional Italian methods and materials. Villa Segalare is beautifully furnished and has lovely, carefully tended gardens. The villa is large with generously proportioned accommodation.
Villa Segalare is peaceful and secluded with superb panoramic views across the Italian mountain range "Alpe della Luna". Excellent, traditional Italian homemade produce and wine is readily available at the neighbouring farmstead. Villa Segalare can be rented as one individual villa sleeping 10 people or as two Nadia and Aida sleeping 6 and 3 people.
The villa has a new, private, very large swimming pool area set in a superb position overlooking the nearby mountains. Villa Segalare is situated in the beautiful Valtiberina region of Tuscany where the great river Tiber begins it's long journey to Rome.
The Valtiberina is also the home of the great renaissance painters Piero della Francesca and Michelangelo, natives of the area. It is uniquely positioned so that all the major sites of Tuscany, Umbria and Le Marche are within easy reach, Florence, Siena, Perugia, Assisi and Urbino. Accomodation consists of private entrance to large main living/dining room with the original Tuscan terracotta tile floor. Kitchen area with fridge and gas hob. Italian mezzanine floor above with both a double and a single bed. Separate bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed. Large bathroom with a shower, WC, bidet and washbasin.
