Originally this was the hamlet’s main farmstead and is still set out in the traditional way, on the second floor of the building. Tuscan Stone steps from the front door downstairs lead you up to a large sitting room with kitchen with a gas hob and oven, double sink, upright fridge/freezer and large dining area. two double bedrooms with antique, traditional Tuscan double beds. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. There is a second toilet with WC and washbasin at the top of the entrance stairs.
Full gas central heating. Behind the house there is an orchard garden with private terrace, with views over the Italian Appenine mountains, garden furniture and barbecue.
