Once inside the front door there are steps to get to the first floor in a large sitting room with kitchen
area and a balcony, separate a double and a single bed with air condition. Next the sitting room there is a
bathroom (shower, sink, bidet and WC). At the second floor there is a bedroom with one dobble and a single bed,
air condition, a bathroom (shower, sink, bidet and WC) and a large terrace with a wasching machine.
The villa has no central heating as it is not necessary in Sardinia at any time of year.
