Your booking is made when we receive a 35% deposit of the total cost of your holiday. To book your accommodation please e-mail to us. Please then send your deposit of 35% of the total cost. If you are paying by cheque please make an international cheque and send it by post, or pay by direct bank to bank transfer. We can send you our bank details necessary for this by separate email. The balance of your payment is required three months prior to your arrival date. If your arrival date is within three months of this booking, then the full balance is required now. The weekly rent is from Saturday to Saturday.


BOOKING and CANCELLING:

We have taken every care to ensure the accuracy of all information contained in these details of our properties. Small changes can sometimes take place between your booking and your stay. The statements made in these details are statements of opinion and not statements of fact. It is a condition of the booking that you must have valid holiday insurance to cover your reservation. If for any reason you are not willing to take out insurance please notify when booking. You may cancel your booking prior to departure; however the following charges will apply. Before two months prior to your reservation date the charge will be the deposit. Within two months of your departure date the charge will be 100% of the cost of your accommodation. We may occasionally have cause to cancel your reservation as a result of force majeure, that is any occurrence outside our control and which could not have been avoided with all due care. We will always endeavour to offer you alternative arrangements from any of our properties. If the cost is less than your original booking then we will refund the difference to you. If, however, the cost is more and you accept the offer, then we will ask for the difference. If a significant change occurs to your reservation you will be informed immediately we are aware of any changes. You will then be given a choice of revised accommodation or cancelling your accommodation and accepting a refund of monies paid to us. In these circumstances there will a handling/booking charge of 50% of your deposit.


The harvest of the personal data has obligatory nature owing course to also be given to the fulfilments of law in fiscal subject; the data can be communicated to third organizations (as.: banks, corporate body assured you, organizations to us connect) exclusively for the carrying out of our relationship and within the charges to us conferred; in any moment you can freely access to own data to adjourn them, to modify them, to integrate them, or simply to oppose to their use, for the suitable formalities here.
